Fleming accepted our contract to repair my Nova Kool marine fridge in mid June 2024. He began work but after my private negative feedback on one of his employees, he did not finish the work stating he has bigger clients and i needed to wait. Since August Fleminhs Tech has made several fixed appointments to do so but still have not fixed it On October 14 it was fixed.
Gary (Owner) was able to resolve a problem that was caused by another HVAC technician and that 3 other similar refrigeration outlets could not resolve. His body of knowledge, professionalism, billing practices, and ethics are unparalleled. Meagan at the front office also deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service.
Super knowledgeable and very helpful.
Don’t BOTHER! A company who’s workers lack the appropriate knowledge combined with an owner who does not care and then add their huge hourly wage on top of all that I can tell you first hand, the end result is frustration and disappointment. My advice, skip this place and call someone else.
