Gary to the rescue! I had a broken fridge latch for 6 months on my cruising catamaran that seemed to have no modern equivalent. I looked at all kinds of marine stores, 3 different latch suppliers, hours of online searching, google image search…. Nothing! San Diego marine exchange referred me to Gary, I sent him pictures and measurements and he sourced a direct fit latch with much higher quality at a fair price in a few days. Thanks Gary!
Fleming accepted our contract to repair my Nova Kool marine fridge in mid June 2024. He began work but after my private negative feedback on one of his employees, he did not finish the work stating he has bigger clients and i needed to wait. Since August Fleminhs Tech has made several fixed appointments to do so but still have not fixed it On October 14 it was fixed.
Gary (Owner) was able to resolve a problem that was caused by another HVAC technician and that 3 other similar refrigeration outlets could not resolve. His body of knowledge, professionalism, billing practices, and ethics are unparalleled. Meagan at the front office also deserves 5 stars for her outstanding customer service.
