I have been seeing Dr. Fleming and his clinic staff for three years now. He has always been the most up to date and accomplished clinician and practitioner of psychiatry in southern Colorado if not all of Colorado. His clinic staff are well trained, professional and empathetic. They work with you and your insurance to make treatments accessible and affordable. There is no rush here. The office manager is rude. They do not follow through on getting your paperwork submit to the insurance for treatment. They have no clue how to get treatment or medication and stall for weeks getting that done, and all this time deceive you about what they claim they are doing to get you treatment when they are doing nothing because they have no clue how to do it. It took weeks to get them to submit the right paperwork and weeks have gone by because they have no clue how to get the medicine for your treatment. Worst mental ... read more
Dr. Fleming is great to deal with the staff is friendly.
Avoid at all costs the staff and the office manager are rude. They fail to do their job even simple things like seeing to putting in an order for a medication request by the doctor and your insurance covers. Chances are you will have and experience that will worsen your mental health issue.
When I first started seeing Dr Fleming around 2015, it was like a dream come true. A compassionate doctor who knew his field forward and backwards. But around the time of the pandemic, everything changed. I know he got very sick. The pandemic affected us all. Maybe the Doctor is good, but his staff is unliterate; not illiterate.They CAN read, they just can't be bothered. I was seeking med management. I filled out their stack of forms and asked for med management. I showed up after waiting weeks for med management.They don't do.......med management. At least not through insurance.If the staff can't even read the forms they hand you, I just have to wonder how good the actual service can possibly be.
After filling out all the forms and asking for med management, waiting weeks and showing up for an appointment for med management, the staff was utterly surprised that I was seeking med management and sent me away. If the staff is that inattentive with something so basic, I really struggle to trust that their clinical judgment is any better.
Dr. Fleming is the best in helping me dealing with my depressive issues. I enjoy seeing him when I have an appointment. I need more than just his help. I want more information based on how to stay alive and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. I thank him for the help I need.
Our experience as been shocking so far. We had an interest in a consultation appointment about a ketamine treatment and were informed that the only way was to pay $3,000.00 upfront (for consultation appointment and 6 infusions). We were assured that if we decide to cancel the appointment, we would be fully refunded. Likewise, we would be refunded the amount minus the consultation appointment if we chose not to proceed after the consult. Our credit card was charged $3,000.00 before 24 hrs went by.
