We had an amazing experience working with Fleming Contracting! We had a lot of different work done. They installed a new main entry door and screen door, replaced our roof, repaired some damaged siding and did some fascia work. The quality of work was excellent across the board. Steve and his crew put in a concrete pad for us for a great price where we are putting a steel building and we are extremely happy with their work!! They are very professional and hands down the best contractors to work with!! They definitely went above and beyond on this job because it wasn’t just an easy pour, they had to do tree removal and reconstruction of a hillside as well to put this pad in. My main project this year was to replace the rickety stairs on the back of my house. In order to make them a safer incline I needed to change the layout which required a concrete base. So impressed with Steve and his crew! Inadvertently found out that 2 of our above grade basement walls were framed on rotting wood beams laying directly on the footer. That meant that both walls needed jacked/supported so that they could be cinder-blocked and rebuilt. One of the walls was balloon-framed. Only 1 other contractor was even willing to bid this job. The project that I hired Fleming Contracting for was a complete renovation of my bathroom. Steve and his crew gutted the room floor to ceiling down to the studs. Replaced the bathtub with a shower stall. Re-did all electrical and plumbing. Drywall, flooring, porcelain tiling and all fixtures. Custom fitted glass shower door.
