It's a charming historical building. Instead of stairs, it has ramps taking you to each floor. The idea was to make it easy for sailors to drag their duffle bags to other floors- DUH. I was the resident manager of the building in 2006 or so, and it was a treat. Capitol Hill Housing let me improve it in small but effective ways. Am proud to be part of it's history. <3
