Mi experiencia en el lugar a sido pésima por dos ocasiones e asistido y no e logrado ver al doctor, la primera ves las personas con citas para las 11 de la mañana a las 3 de la tarde aún no las habían atendido y hoy mi cita era para las 9:30 y a las 10:39 aún el doctor no llega, creo que no vendré mas😏…………. Finalmente después de 3:30 de espera decidimos irnos sin ver al doctor que nunca llegó, nos pasaron al cuarto de visitas por un tiempo de 1 hora y 15 minutos y luego indignada nos marchamos creo que es una falta de respe... read more
El lugar aceptable , las enfermeras muy amables, pero a la hora de hacer el pago hay q hacerlo por teléfono y la persona q me atendió por dos ocasiones en diferente mes fue muy muy grocera, (a pesar q dice llevar con el doctor unos 10 años)Pedí me pusieran con otra persona para poder hacer el pago llamada Melani y luego de defender a la anterior persona , cuando me dijo q el próximo mes llamará para hacer el pago le dije q sí q no tenía otra opción, ( ya q no tienen otra forma de hacerlo) me dijo NI YO TAMPOCO y me colgó el ... read more
Both doctors are amazing, top specialists around. I went twice to their office, I saw Dr Fleites the first time and Dr Garcia Godoy the second time and now I have been scheduled for surgery. Both are very knowledgeable and patient. The staff is very dedicated and compassionate and explain everything with detail. All are super friendly and try to resolve any issue right away and always with a smile. The girls in the front, Mailanis and Cindy are wonderful, and the nurse is very professional and knowledgeable.
