I was excited to dine at Fleetwood’s as I heard from fellow travelers how much they enjoyed their meals there. Unfortunately my husband and I do not share this endorsement. I do want to point out two positives, one the service is excellent and two dining on the rooftop is just something that you should experience when in Maui. Everything about this restaurant is well done, from the greeting at the front desk, to the bartenders and waitstaff, to the kitchen. The menu is both sophisticated and accessible, a hard balance to pull off. The chef clearly has a handle on using fresh local ingredients to their greatest advantage. We have been there several times for happy hour and really enjoyed the drinks, oysters, atmosphere and music. But last night was the first time for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. We had a lovely meal and the entertainment was fantastic. A great night out.
We had the most amazing dinner at Fleetwood’s two nights ago! First off the entire staff was amazing especially our waitress Cassondra make sure to ask for her. The manager Semak Made a special trip over to our table to let us know there wouldn’t be music that night but for us to come back on Thursday night which we are going to try to do.
