We made a reservation for 1830 but wanted to observe the sunset ceremony which was about 1815. We walked by at 1700 and talked with Crystal. She bent over backwards to accommodate us and make arrangements. It was a smooth transition from the roof top ceremony to the dining room and Kelly our waitress. The service was great, the food was very good and the support staff (including our parking lot buddy) kept the water full and the plates cleared. Looking forward to the next visit.

Good places, closes too early in the bar!
The upper patio bar is spectacular for its decor and scenery. The service, however, falls short (my experience over 3 different visits). Hopefully that's changed when I go back again or I'm afraid I'll have to pass on future attempts to justify eating there.
