I won’t be sharing his name on a public forum (as he wouldn’t like the fuss) nor will I be calling the office because I’m sure they won’t refund the $900+ be paid them. My grandfather in his 80s went to the dentist a couple of times. They totally took advantage of him, did not explain things thoroughly, neglected to get his care done on time. My grandfather in his 80s went to the dentist a couple of times. They totally took advantage of him, did not explain things thoroughly, neglected to get his care done on time. One time, he was in severe pain. The dentist said that they couldn’t see him for two weeks. I called them basically to say what in the world is going on?
