Recommendedi worked with marc to have copies made of old photos. he helped me choose sizes and they turned out great. turnaround time was excellent! will use again on the very near future

MS Inman just left and was not pleased that we recommended against printing large photos from older photos that were not of a quality that would take going up to an 11x14. We have always dealt honestly with our customers and sometimes that results in them hearing what they did not want to hear. We would have gladly taken Ms Inman's money for the enlargements if they would have look good but they would have been quite blurry. The size was over 1000% larger than her original. All they do is great work
Frank, who said he was the owner, transferred 35 mm slides onto a CD for me. He personally told me on the phone that the slides would appear on the disc in the order that I placed them into the slide carousels. When I got the disc they were out of order. When I went back and asked what happened, he said I would have to pay them more money to put them in the correct order. I had spent hours arranging them and I very angry about this.
