Unprofessional. They were recommended by someone from the neighborhood so I thought I'd call to inquire about prices and quotes. The customer service person was far from being friendly. It seems like I was such an inconvenience for asking too many questions and was wasting time because I was not asking the right questions. I don't know much about electricians and what to ask.
