Great folks! Very helpful in the parts department.
Since Fleetpride bought out Jim's, I have contacted the service department roughly 15 times. Every time, they turn down the job. They didn't have the right tools, they didn't have a mechanic familiar with that motor, or they didn't have time. Regardless of which excuse, the end result is that I had to take it somewhere else every single time for the past three years. Bates Diesel Service usually ends up doing the job after Fleetpride declines it. I do like the guys in the parts department, they are nice and helpful.
