A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Great service, quick & tasty food, decent prices...well worth the visit! Went during the week at lunch and had a very minimal wait.

Love the blue crab dip, I drive 5 hours just to eat it, service is always great and any food we've ever gotten has been great.....unlike many restaurants in Charleston this one is not a tourist trap, prices are very reasonable and nice selection on the menu
We had fresh mahi mahi & tile � (catch of the day).... loved the food!!!
