I bought new running shoes at Fleet Feet, but I had problems with the insoles slipping out of them when I ran. I took them back and Jeff put some shoe goo in them, but that still didn’t work. On my second trip to the store to get help, they replaced my shoes altogether. Obviously, good quality running shoes aren’t cheap and I am grateful they were willing to help me out when I was unsatisfied. I really appreciate that they are so focused on customer satisfaction. Thank you!

I just wanted to post here and say how impressed I am with Fleet Feet Little Rock. Every time I have gone in there the staff has been so helpful and nice. I recently had an issue with a pair of my brooks and they replaced them with no issue. I appreciate the service so much!
Great service and knowledge on running! I was having knee pain while running and the shoes they recommended fixed all my knee issues! Check them out. You won’t be disappointed!
