RecommendedCame in for the first time today and was so impressed with the customer service that my mom and I received! Tanner greeted us immediately and started telling us about the process they used to find the best fitting shoe. He scanned our feet and observed our gait to make the perfect recommendations for us. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional which made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Thanks again!

RecommendedI was having a bad foot day yesterday. Could barely hobble into the store and Tanner turned the day around for me. He set me up with a pair of Hoka shoes and inserts. Almost all of my pain is gone today. Thank you Tanner for finding the right shoe for my foot!
RecommendedMy husband is pretty picky when it comes to shoes. He usually ends up compromising and getting the one they have available (mall or outlet store) and walks out unhappy AND uncomfortable. Yesterday I made home come to Fleet Feet. Polly took really good care of him. He tried on at least 6 pairs of shoes and she listened to his pros and cons. Very patient. Long story short he AND I walked out with a pair of sneakers that we just love

They even have the option of ordering ones you want if not available in the store in your size to be shipped to you free. Cathy McCombs spent a lot of her time and expertise helping me select the best shoes for my feet and how I was going to use them. She is very patient, kind and knowledgeable! RecommendedIt took me 3 trips to Fleet Feet and 3 different pairs of shoes until I found a pair that worked for me! Fleet Feet was so patient and understanding! They were so knowledgeable about the types of shoes and offered such great advice. The service was top notch! And the exchange process was completely hassle free! I really couldn’t have had a better experience!!
