Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and high-tech foot measuring equipment. My special order New Balance shoes came in on schedule and fit perfectly. With 9-1/2 6E duck feet, it's always a challenge to find shoes that fit. Btw, I'm a walker and not a runner. When these wear out, I'll be back.

I was having hip pain because of shoes that didn’t support as well as they should. The staff was very attentive and understood exactly what I needed. Got some great inserts and that did the trick! Thanks for helping me walk pain free again!
The staff is the most knowledgable in the area concerning runnings shoes and they truly want to help the customer find the best shoe for them.
I'm an RN who walks 6-8 miles a day at work in addition to standing for many hours giving care. I spent hundreds, if not 1,000+ dollars on all kinds of shoes that promised to make my plantar fasciitis, flat, over-pronating feet feel good. They were all hooey.
