Customer service was horrible, we sat on a bench for over 30 mins waiting on help, finally and employee said "have you guys put your name on the board?" In which we replied "what board?" If you are supposed to put your name on a board in order to be helped, you might want to let people know that when they walk in. Worst experience ever in any store, will not be back, not would I recommend.
Huge thanks to Dee Selman for the patient fitting guidance. Who knew I'd been running in shoes that were a full size too small for all these years? I appreciate all the friendly staff at Fleet Feet, Dink's warm welcome to the store, and especially Fleet Feet Huntsville's huge contribution to the local running community. All you guys and gals are great! Congrats on the expansion, and I look forward to frequenting your store for many years to come.
Amazing service ... our new store for all of my sons XC and Track needs ... He Loves his new Nike Streak LT2 running shoes and the price was right .. !! We will be back soon forsure!
Today I bought shoes for my son who has some medical issues. This is the first time we've ever left somewhere completely happy and loving shoes. Thank you so very much. He still hasn't taken them off.
We've been customers of Fleet Feet for years and always had great service. This weekend, we had an excellent experience with Alan. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful while working with my husband who is training for his second marathon. I'm looking forward to my next fitting, hopefully with Alan. Love supporting local businesses, especially when the people are so passionate about what they do.
