I was a first time customer back in January of this year. I am new to distance running. They took great care of me. Friendly and professional staff with very good customer service. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. 100% satisfied. Will be going back for sure.
I have really loved my experiences with Fleet Feet! They have excellent customer service!! I got fitted for some shoes, and they turned out to not be the correct shoes. I had severe pain in my legs from running in them. Fleet Feet took them back and exchanged them for a new pair of shoes!! Ovella was great in helping me get the new shoes! I would recommend Fleet Feet for all running needs!
A huge thank you to Melissa for your excellent customer service! I went in today to have a shoe fitting and I found the perfect pair thanks to Melissa's help. I could tell that Melissa loves her job plus she was so knowledgeable and understanding. She took her time and made sure that I found the right pair of shoes for me! I will be back!
Great staff full of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good thing I am already poor or I would go broke in this store.
The services is great and the Fleet feet people are the best, and the clothes and shoes don't go other place for me only fleet feet.
