I started going to Fleet Feet in the summer of 2025 and found the atmosphere very accepting of new people. Specifically, Jon Fisher and Andrew Zentgraf organize the venues extremely well. They provide spaces for pace groups to interact in a way that makes running fun for people regardless of their running background. My mom and I went to Fleet Feet yesterday to get fitted for running and walking shoes, and we had an amazing experience. Brittany helped us and truly went above and beyond to make sure we left with shoes and gear we loved and actually needed. Even though it was a busy Saturday, the wait was not long at all, we were accommodated within about 20 minutes.
