I’ve had good experiences here. Their foot tech analysis thingy was super useful and worth the long wait. It has made a big difference in my shoe comfort. They don’t always have the styles I like, but I don’t honestly expect that. Sometimes you can waltz in and waltz out when you know exactly what you need. Mostly, though, expect a wait. At least once they get to you, the staff know their jobs and are pleasant.
I cannot express my level of impressed and extreme satisfication with this location and its employees with enough superlatives or clarity -- Michael & Brittany were 2 of the absolute greatest customer service personnel I've ever experienced in any form of business interaction. Not only did they treat my wife and I like royalty, but moreso, like long-time family or friends. Doug provided fantastic customer service. He is helpful and knowledgeable, and was focused on helping me find the right shoe for my needs. I ended up with a pair of Karhu shoes that I'm very happy with - wore them for a 6K run this morning and they felt great. The other employees were also friendly and informative.
