Today I got the pleasure of meeting two awesome employees at this location. Not only we're both of them extremely helpful, they also made sure my insoles fitted correctly and helped with my shin splints. By far the best people around at this location. Thank you for the help! Man it's refreshing to go into a retail store with knowledgeable people who are there to make sure you get exactly what you need... and this is not a paid advertisement. Some of y'all know I've started running again. I did the Cleveland Cup 5K a few weeks ago and was surprised by how well I did but how out of shape I had gotten. Could not be more satisfied with the level of service from the staff or the shoe that was selected for me. It's been a long time since I have had a shoe that wears as well as the Brooks adrenaline and the added support from the insoles is amazing. Thank you!

Went with my husband a few weeks ago because he needed new insoles for his shoes. Staff was very friendly and one-on-one. Made sure that the fit was correct and said to come back if we had any issues. Store was clean and very organized. So far the insoles are working well and we will definitely be back for any other footwear purchases in the future.
