WORST customer service EVER!!! they sold a shoe they didn't even know if it was in stock.... didn't want to talk to Me in Hickory. gave me the corporate number to call. I was helped by Juliet I believe was her name. She was very kind and professional. She could have sold me some expensive shoes, which I was prepared to buy, yet advised me to try some sole inserts since my current running shoes were new. she helped me find an insert that I liked. I will definitely buy my next pair of shoes from Fleet Feet.
