I did the touch free tonight and it hit my back tailgate and gouged paint down to the metal. I'd recommend going to another carwash.
The under carafe wash turns off after about 2/3 into the stall. The soft touch spinners stay far away from the vehicle and only half of my truck was getting touched. I had my mirrors folded in so that wasn't the reason. I should have known when it was a duel carwash it probably wasn't the best but it was a waste of $11
