After feeling I was being conned by Firestone with them claiming I needed all new control arms before my car could get an alignment, I called Fleet Farm as they came recommended by a local shop owner. Kevin and his team confirmed my suspicions that the control arms were just fine and aligned it no problem same-day. Thank you so much!
My family of 6 was driving out of town and got a flat tire. We were close to the auto center and brought the car in. They had a full schedule, but were able to work us in and get on the road with a new tire. Great service!
I had went to Fleet Farm for new tires and an alignment, as well as some regular maintenance back in December of 2023. (I know it is a little over a year) They had notified me about a bad upper control arm on the driver side, so I removed my pickup from their auto center and got it replaced. I brought it back and was told to replace the CV axle. Which i again removed it and got it replaced. After the alignment was finished. I started to drive home.
