I would never use Ron Fleenor or this Salon again. I have Rom Fleenor $750.00 SIX months ago for a wig order. Only correspondence has been on my part with always a put off. After three months I ask to cancel the order that had not been started, but told by Ron Fleenor: That’s why you pay money up front and there is no refund. After SIX months I ask again for a refund. Ron Fleenor said he would send my $750.00 but I have never received my money.

I had sent a family member there to buy a hair piece from Mr Fleenor in April of this year. After the 12 weeks he said very rudely “ you know there’s been a pandemic and people have died” yes my family said without saying we’ve lost members close to us. So then now at 9 months on and almost $400 lost we get nothing no response to anything. Do not deal with these people they stole money basically.

The salon is always clean and all employees are always friendly.Personal service and first name basis is normal. Not surprisingly, you will find many customers who have been coming for years Any day you stop in, you will find the owner hard at work just like Everybody else there. You will always get top notch personal service from Fleenors Hair Salon.

I want you to know this is the most disgusting place I have ever been too. Whitney was HATEFUL towards me. She absolutely ruined my hair and when I tried to discuss it with her she was SO RUDE. I will never return here and will make sure everyone I know never goes here
