I sent a core turbo into Fleece and made a mistake on shipping. Tara was very helpful, respectful, and fixed my mistake. Very happy with their customer service.
When I ordered my parts, I selected the "2-Day USPS" shipping method and paid a little more to have it in two days. They shipped with UPS ground anyways and it was almost two weeks out from when it shipped. I've sent emails, tried calling, and had no luck contacting anyone.
Great customer service, I have a hx35 cheetah for a 2nd gen that needed rebuilt, sent it to them and within a few days they sent me a message and a invoice telling me everything that was wrong with it. Sent them money and currently as I write this it is getting rebuilt.. just hope it gets here fast lol. Thanks Corbin and John!
Called with some questions about a cheetah turbo for my truck, they didn't seem to even wanna talk to me cause I am not looking to make 1000 horsepower. Still went with the cheetah turbo because it seemed right for what I want. Bought it from James at rollin smoke diesel though. He was happy to answer any questions I had and was very helpful. And it was cheaper than I could buy it direct from fleece website for. Over all love the turbo was very disappointed with customer service at fleece performance though.
