My daughter’s appointment was a month ago and Dr Fleck is still mentioned daily. She now has a doctor play kit. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I really liked how Dr. Fleck examined her stuffed animal dinosaur first to show her what he was doing. I highly recommend this practice.
Very unhappy with this office. Unable to get my sick daughter in the office numerous amount of times being told that I have to keep calling the morning of to get my daughter in for a sick visit or I am more than able to take them to the urgent care or Er. The scheduling system is so unreal. What kind of an office that is supposed to help with young children takes well visits over sick visits. Absolutely ridiculous. The receptionists there are rude and gets very defensive when u are asking questions.. Would not recommend this... read more
He cares about children. And is a great doctor
Doesn’t take anything seriously. Doesn’t listen to the guardian when issues need to be discussed. Misdiagnosed many of friends and family’s children. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!
I was stuck in traffic with a sick child and was advised there was nothing they could do anything over 10 minutes late they have to reschedule, I was 8 minutes away and would have been 15 minutes late. She checked with Dr Fleck and was advised to reschedule for the following day. I requested a virtual appointment or to wait in the waiting room for a later appointment and was advised that accommodation could not be met.
