Dependable, responsive and caring. The BEST customer service I’ve received twice while FLC helped me and guided me in finding the best heath coverage for me and my family. My Rep was Rosy who was quick and easy to talk to, no waiting for an actual person to come onto the line which I appreciate, no problems at all and I will continue to use FLC for all my medical plans in the future.
