Review on: 204 Flax Hill Apartments To sum it up - Nasty Place (poorly maintained) and Horrible Management. Newer management hardly responds except for when they can make money. Hallways/Corridors are like gateway to hell. Hallway carpet stink s with garbage and rotten what not for days at times - no maintenance or cleaning. Floors make huge amount of sound and to make things bad newer units are hardwood. Washer dryer on floor never works. Dryer if it works makes loud noice that can be heard to the both ends of the corridor.... read more
