Alison is competent and pleasant.And she makes an effort to know the patient as a person. Cheryl and the office staff are likewise friendly and helpful.
I felt very comfortable in Dr. Kaplan's office. Everyone I met was incredibly personable. I liked the office tour and the fact that the staff was patient with me and all of my questions.

Everyone here is great at what they do. Lana is a terrific hygienist, very thorough and knowledgeable about tooth care and she has a soft touch with the metal picks. She prompted me to ditch the manual toothbrush and upgrade to a Sonicare which has made a big difference in my overall oral hygiene regimen.
