Dr. Kaplan and assistants were careful, friendly, cheerful and supportive, all of which I appreciated when faced with a possible root canal problem. He kept me informed of his thinking as he worked, and when finished he discussed various possible diagnoses and options and helped me decide on next steps - much appreciated.
I have come regularly at The Center for Advanced Dental Care now for many years. It is always outstanding, courteous, professional service, flexible scheduling for busy professionals like myself, and uttermost attention to details. Overall, my experience was expedient and enjoyable. I showed up, announced I was here for my appointment, took my coat off, and was taken for my cleaning a minute thereafter. I had a lovely conversation with my hygienist LeAnn about days off and Netflix binges while she took some X-rays. After my cleaning, Dr. Soni came by and noticed an issue with the sealant on one of my teeth. Great friendly employees. New young dentist explained very well and was careful and patient. One of the best experience I had at all. In general I am always unsure if everything recommended is needed or if it is more about making money.
