friendly, efficient! i especially appreciate how much doctor kaplan and doctor soni narrate what they're doing (e.g. I'm going to tilt the chair now. I'm going to start scraping) so i feel comfortable and aware of what's happening.
The Center for Advanced Dental Care was Excellent as always. Staff was courteous, professional and explained everything.

The dentists and support staff are all friendly, efficient, straightforward, and trustworthy. I struggled to find a dental practice I liked for years, and I finally started going to Center for Advanced Dental Care this past year because they have been my fiancée's dentist for over 20 years (!). They are great, and I've found a dentist for life! Dr. Soni and Dr. Kaplan are both terrific.
Friendly staff, many of whom call me by name; careful cleaning by hygienist along with helpful and useful comments about my electric toothbrush, quick check by Dr. Kaplan who found no problems (I had asked him to check up on my new molar tooth cap). When I forgot an appointment recently, his office quickly set me up for a later one on the same day and didn't charge for the missed appointment - much appreciated! ...
