routine checkup - Allison is careful and considerate - makes frequent rests to accommodate my TMJ issue and consults Dr. KAPLAN about anything that might need further treatment. She does very good work and the staff is very warm and friendly.
Allison is wonderful. Very professional, patient with any discomfort I may have. very good in explaining everything.
Lana did her usual excellent work. And then the new dentist checked things over. The only issue I have is that the junior dentist changes every 6 -12 months, and each one needs to learn the oddities of my mouth. Each of them is excellent, at least for my basic needs.
Professional, engaging, and sensitive to the needs of clients; especially one who has phobia of going to dentists.
My cleaning was great, like always
Here is a dental office that is efficient, friendly and professional. I know that I am in good hands when visiting, whether it's for a cleaning or repair. Love the hours! Appointments are always as scheduled and wait time is practically non-existent. Love this practice!
The dentist, Dr. Kaplan, and hygienist, Karen, both seemed friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Excellent as always
I was having a toothache for over two weeks and thought I might need a root canal or other procedure. Dr. Kaplan, after taking an xray of the tooth and examining it, took a conservative approach and recommended a prescription for me to take over the next three days after which I was to call him to see if I still was having pain. The medication worked and I am now pain free and avoided any unnecessary invasive procedures. Thank you, Dr. Kaplan!
