I needed a new dentist since my longtime dentist retired. Being 'dental phobic' from a traumatic dental experience as a child, I approached this dentist and practice with much caution. The staff was friendly and caring and Dr. Ford was wonderful. She explained everything to me and gave me solid options for my care. There was no pushing to chose costly options. My dental Technician (Danielle) was highly aware of my dental history, knew enough to note both improvements in the condition of my teeth, and to recommend and remind me of continued vigilance regarding home procedures such as using my waterpik, and fluoride toothpaste. After the excellent cleaning, there was a follow-up review by Dr. Kaplan. I had a very good experience.
