Lana was great as usual. One unfortunate thing (I realize we make allowances for COVID) In the past every time I’ve gone in for a scheduled cleaning and exam I’ve met with a dentist after the cleaning. Unfortunately Dr. Ford was not scheduled to arrive until later. I was given the option of waiting but had a commitment. Not a big deal since I saw her last month on an unrelated issue. In the future please remember that I appreciate the opportunity of a post cleaning consultation. Thanks for understanding.

Dear Doctor, The appointment invited me since missing my last annual exam. Dr. Ford has been my Doctor since 2018. Dr. Kaplan is also good and helps when he performs the exam. I had braces on my upper and lower teeth. I have a chipped front tooth, since childhood. The office greeting is a luxurious office and smart receptionist, especially Sheryl. Been going to this practice for many years. Makes going to the dentist not such an ordeal. They really know their stuff, and are proactive in treatment while conservative (meaning not doing unnecessary work).
