As alaways I had an exellent experience on my recent visit with Emma. I will continue to be a faithfull patient.
We have been seeing Dr. Kaplan and his team for almost twenty years now. He is an excellent dentist, does not recommend unnecessary procedures, and is very accommodating. I highly recommend him.
Emma is the best dental hygienist. She is gentle and expert. Do not hesitate to ask for her by name.
I have been receiving my dental care at Dr. Kaplan's for 28 years. The entire staff is wonderful. I'm always seen on time, the office is extremely clean, every staff member is friendly and professional, and it is actually a pleasure to go to the dentist!
When I go to my dental appointments, I feel welcomed. Everyone is very friendly and knows my name. My son recently turned 18 and I have switched him from his pediatric dentist to the Center for Advanced Dental Care. My son has special needs and I am confident that he will be treated well and with sensitivity, while having his dental needs met.
I really don't have much to say, other than every experience I've had at The Center for Advanced Dental Care has been wonderful
Dr. Kwak has been both an extremely skillful and exceptionally warm and friendly professional in the extensive dental prosthetic work she has provided me (and my mouth was a tough case). She is genuine in her interactions and inspires confidence in the way she works. She also is able to give injections with minimum pain! I have recommended her to others and will continue to rely on her for my care.
I don't know what others look for when going to a dentist but given some anxiety anyone would have, including me, They made me feel very very comfortable, were very nice, explained everything and provided an all around GREAT experience.
I chipped a tooth and needed an emergency filling. They got me an appointment within 3 days, and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Dr. Kaplan knows what he is doing, and also takes the time to explain the procedures to patients so they can make informed decisions. I have been going to the Center for Advanced Dental care for 14 years, and I plan to continue as long as I live in the area!
