Every went fine. First time I got a good explanation about wehy I should consider replacing a bridge with the gum riding up with age.
I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the check up, the knowledge and manner of Dr. Kaplan, and his entire staff.
As always I had a great experience having my teeth cleaned yesterday. Emma was ready right when I got there so NO WAITING! YAH!!! and I felt that I was in the best of hands both during my exam by Dr. Kaplan and during the cleaning. My questions were answered truthfully and fully.

The whole experience was tops - professional, warm, personal, personable, quietly efficient- from the first greeting at the front desk, to the dental assistant and finally the dentist
As always a fantastic experience with my cleaning. Out of the ordinary, the dr. That was supposed to look AT my teeth/mouth after the cleaning had already stepped out for lunch. So I didnt get that part of my appointment. I'm a little disappointed about that. However, most of my experiences have been really good!!!
