Very efficient and upfront about what to expect. They were very good about figuring out what insurance will/won't cover. Flexible hours are helpful for those who work regular hours.

Excellent, thorough preventive visit, as always.
I always appreciate the care I receive. My hygienist Karin is very knowledgeable and adept, both in taking care of my teeth and educating me on how to do it in myself in between cleanings. I also have complete confidence in Dr. Kaplan. He has recommended just the right care (I needed some gum work with another specialist he referred me to) but never pushing unnecessary intervention.
