Appointment very hard to make. Erica is not there on different days of the week. Erica canceled my appointment without telling me, then, was extremely rude via text. She said she does not need to tell me or respond to me at all. What happened to customer service and being nice to customer? Thinks she can treat customers however she wants and people will still come. Horrible customer service.
I went to see Erica for a hydro facial and she did a great job. I love the space. Erica is professional and knows what she is doing. I truly see a difference in my skin after the hydro facial. I definitely recommend Erica.
It was just waste of money and time for me. I was happy with the result, but the lashes started falling down at the second day. Now 4 days past and almost all the lashes are gone.
I was looking for a salon to have my eyelash extension and after a couple of inquiries over the phone, I am happy to have discovered this amazing place to have my lashes done. Claudina did a fantastic job, she took her time in making my eyelashes gorgeous, I did not feel rushed, and she made sure that I am happy with the end results.
