I had the chance to sample some ice cream from Flavor of Love Ice Cream Trucks. The Gram slam and the Caramel Cookie twist is breathtaking. I felt like a kid all over again and the kids were so respectful.
The customer service at Flavor of Love was very disappointing. They were very impatient, unprofessional, and rude to both our staff and the seniors at our event. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using their services for your business or event.
Flavor of Love was truly one of the highlights of my event! From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was clear, responsive, and perfectly balanced—everything I needed without ever feeling overwhelmed.
