Incredible customer service, very detail oriented, and punctual. Even though we hit a snag in the appraisal report, Flavio worked diligently to try to close on the property in a timely fashion. He was very responsive to my questions and returned emails/calls in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mortgage!
