First I want to thank SWEDISH. Because of your care and dependability my stress is lower because my medical issues are addressed. I believe that Dr Constantin cares about me, understands my issues and helps me to stay alive. My medicines are very adequate including new meds to help with my medical issues. I value the blood tests she orders because they say a lot regarding my progress and needs.
