It took me years to find a PCP to the point where I just stopped going to the doctor, until I found Flavia. I knew she was the one, per say. I absolutely love her. Excellent confirmation of appointment from front desk via phone call. Easy to talk to, personable. Great check-in, it was quick and professional and friendly. Nurse was thorough and friendly doing prep work for doctor. My visit with Dr Constantin was excellent- as usual. She is caring, empathetic, humorous, professional, and well-spoken. I've been very happy with my (and my family's) treatment at Swedish these past years.
Dr Constantin always listens to my concerns. She ordered tests for me.
