I loved my experience at Flaunt Fitness. Lauren is extremely talented and made me feel very comfortable and confident. I recommend that everyone should try this .
I've practiced pole for almost 2 years at other studios. I am still an intermediate beginner. Any of the beginner classes or classes advertised for beginners always focus on advanced intermediate moves, I had to stop going because I was not trying to injury myself. I originally took a Level 1/2 class and that was focused on intermediate moves, which is fine. When I took an Intro class, the whole time it focused on intermediate jazmine moves. It's confusing. I had class at the East location I got a little loss from the gps I called n The manager instructor Pinky was so nice she sent the info to me when I got in the building she greeted me with hugs n beautiful personality n my instructor Name was Neka she also had nice personality n she told her time with me if you want to go poleing this is the place Thank you ladies
