I recently relocated to Columbus from Detroit. When conducting my search for an apartment I looked at many options and considered multiple factors. Maintenance staff is extremely responsive as any request, even as little as a light bulb replacement, is done within 24 hours. Office staff & Property manager are extremely professional and always willing to help with anything. Property is kept extremely clean. Keep in mind this is arena district living and you are in the center of night life, weekend events and many young professionals so people will be enjoying weekends with their friends. My locked up bike was stolen from locked garage. CDs stolen from wife's car in same locked garage. Stranger let in through secure doors wandering halls knicking on doors asking for money. Management allows pool parties, then other residents don't have room to use pool. Trains are right next door and very loud and go through often. People pass thru parking lot to / from concerts and urinate in the lot. Drunks pass out in lot outside our window.
