Zero Stars. Internet issues and lack of information on when it will be resolved. The building has had internet issues for almost 20 days now. Speeds are so slow you can't even have a conversation with managment as it breaks up. There is no ETA on when this will be fixed. When requesting contact information for the next person in charge, you receive an email address to a person whose mailbox is full. Unacceptable management. It went smoothly. I like my roommates and the way my room is set up. I also like how reliable maintenance goes when I have a problem
Matt is such an amazing maintenance guy. He's very personable, efficient, and does quality work. I can always count on him to fix any maintenance requests I put in within DAYS! He's amazing and this place would not be nearly as great if it weren't for all the hard work he puts into it
I absolutely love living at the Flats at the Oval! One of the best part about the flats is Matt who works in maintenance. He is very efficient at his job and is always super friendly. If you put in a maintenance request, he works on it immediately and always done to the best of his ability. Also, the location is awesome, 3 minutes from campus walking (or less) and right above mugs coffee shop. If you are thinking about moving here, absolutely do it! The entire staff is so welcoming and I am glad this is my home.
