Staff are all very nice. Location is great, but area can get congested on weekend. Very walkable location. Close (walk or <10 min drive) to several shops; building is QUIET (very important). Diverse mix of resident age ranges. Gym has enough to get the job done, but would be nice to have some smaller and larger size free weights. No pool, but not an issue. Reserved parking space. Kept clean
