Comfortable/Affordable I moved into this property about 2 months ago now, it can be rough around the edges with some updates but it is a very comfortable space. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The manager has always been available for me after hours and the maintenance technicians listen to your concerns. The property itself could use some updates / better accommodations, however with all utilities including electric included, it is very affordable.
Very Nice!! Moved in a little over a month ago. The apartments are up to date, very spacious, maintenance is speedy and professional! The floor plan resembles a house, which is rare in apartments - definitely a perk! Very scenic, private, and very peaceful complex. Everything has been wonderful!
Great Value! I recently moved into Dorset Crossing, and couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. The management team has been phenomenal. They seamlessly walked me through the application process after finding me the perfect apartment. The location is perfect, with access to local restaurants and a rail trail. The complex is pet friendly as well.

Do not move HERE!!! Its bad enough that I had to live here but its even worse that they took down my review the day after posting. Cons; Your car will get broken into, the leasing office is no help and close when they want to, the maintenance crew is rude and unprofessional, your toilet and shower will constantly not work and oh yeah your car will get broken into yay!
Great Complex I’ve lived at the Pointe at Dorset Crossing for two years. They have nice amenities like a seasonal pool and average apartment complex gym. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful.

Great place to live I recently moved here from NY and I am so pleased by the atmosphere, the amenities, and most of all the outstanding service I have received! Nice apartments. Great maintenance team. Quiet apartments just out of Simsbury town center. The maintenance team is phenomenal, always responding quickly to concerns and going out of their way to be friendly.

Great place to live! Friendly and responsive staff, well-maintained property, and a quiet place to live that is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. Management is on top of communication regarding events and reminders. Only downside to the complex is the limited parking available, particularly in the later hours of the evening.

Home :) We toured our 2bedroom apartment and knew the same day that this was going to be our next home. The maintenance is super friendly, leasing office is very sweet and friendly, and lastly everyone who lives here is quiet and friendly as well. It’s been a joy to live here! I highly recommend!
