Disgusting place to live. My spouse and I have been here for a little over 8 months and this is by far the worst complex we have ever lived in. We have lived in several apartment complexes in different states due to my spouse's job, but we have never dealt with the level of filth and dog waste surrounding our first floor apartment. We live in a corner unit and the grassy area around the patio and including the patio itself is constantly used as a toilet for the dogs living in our building. PARKING IS ATROCIOUS I moved in a little over a month ago and the first two weeks my boyfriend and I lived there weren't bad. It was super quiet and we hadn't really run into issues with parking yet. Then a family moved in above us and their kids run all over the place making a ridiculous amount of noise. Sometimes it sounds like there's a WWE match going on up there, even while we're trying to sleep. ALSO, the parking is terrible. Move out disappointment Lived here for 12 months - Great community, good quality apartments and community, nice facilities. Parking is challenging after 6PM. Very disappointed in move out process as far as financing goes. Management found loop holes to charge more - Got stuck with paying extra when not needed. Overall good experience, up until the last couple weeks leading to move out.

Parking Nightmare - 1 Star due to this issue. The community overall is nice and quiet. As a typical community, there is some turn over in the office, and no impact is felt as a renter. Some issues I have noticed is other residents breastfeeding right in the community pool. The parking during the day is nice as you can get close to your building. Just moved in! If you want bang for your buck, you've found it! I searched dozens of apartments and wanted something updated and with plenty of space since I had just lived 4 long years in small dorm rooms. The staff is super nice and the community is clean and quiet. Neighbors I have met so far have been nothing but friendly! My only complaint about the apartment is that the stairways have very sharp turns so getting a couch up is tricky/impossible. (I had to hoist my couch up and over the balcony shhh).
