My disheartening concern is related to the management of the building. I have found that management lacks a genuine level of respect and care for certain residents. I’ve been dissatisfied on multiple occasions with management's communication, follow-up, and poor handling of important matters. I will say that at one point the management team made a reasonable effort to try and turn things around through their communication and actions. RecommendedMy fiancé and I just moved to Flats 8300 and are loving it here! We enjoyed working with Caroline, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend her! The application and move-in process were simple and easy. The apartment is conveniently located to public transportation as well as grocery stores (Harris Teeters is right downstairs) and restaurants. We recommend this apt to anyone looking to live in this area!
RecommendedAfter living at Flats 8300 for about 18 months, I can say that I've definitely enjoyed my time here. The building has excellent amenities, great activities to look forward to after work, and I had no major issues with any appliances within my apartment. RecommendedFlats 8300 is the best property in Bethesda! I live in New York and am looking to relocate. Caroline Coppoolse gave me a FaceTime tour of 1 bedrooms since I was not able to come in person. The amenities and apartments are top notch!

RecommendedBeen living here for six months. It’s a great building with many amenities such as an on-site grocery store, Starbucks and a well appointed Fitness Center. There is also a Rooftop Pool and Party Room. The Management hosts many events such as tastings, resident appreciation breakfasts and other like things to give it a real sense of a community.

Flats is by far the best apartment experience I have ever had. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it and love every amenity and community event they have.
