Staff do not protect me when other residents attack me. I'm currently banned from Oakley for protecting myself from another resident for 30 days. They could use better protocols for people that like to fight anyone at any point of time. I would not allow your family to be in Flatrock because of this. And this same resident has previously attacked me last summer too. If you protect yourself from another resident you're going to be banned too, which is not fair to the person who is getting attacked for no reason at all
I live on Kenneth st, near one of their homes. Attempted to call number listed on Google and it's disconnected. These employees are so disrespectful to the neighbors, I can only imagine how they treat their patients!! It's 7 am Sunday morning and the same worker that constantly is speeding down the road, driving reckless, is also now blaring his radio AT 7 AM!! Flatrock is a pretty nice company. The staff and upper management are pretty support and really help you will accomplishing your goals. They do a lot of fun activities with us residents and interact with us and we have fun. If you have a family member that needs help flat rock would be a Great place to get them help
