If you are going to close your fingerprinting for the day.. at least call your scheduled appointment and let them know!! How inconsiderate!
The facilities are dirty and poorly maintained, management is absolute garbage, and staff do nothing to help with altercations. There’s no accountability or support here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Staff do not protect me when other residents attack me. I'm currently banned from Oakley for protecting myself from another resident for 30 days. They could use better protocols for people that like to fight anyone at any point of time. I would not allow your family to be in Flatrock because of this. And this same resident has previously attacked me last summer too. If you protect yourself from another resident you're going to be banned too, which is not fair to the person who is getting attacked for no reason at all
