When I set up the appointment to have my 7yr old's 2 cavities filled, I was really worried about how she would react to the shots she would have to get in order to get the fillings. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how Dr. Wheeler treated my little girl. She was very patient with her and explained every single thing she was doing in "7yr old" terms. Dr. Jamie Wheeler and her entire staff are amazing! Patients are treated so very well. Everyone is professional and always go the extra step to treat like you are the only patient they have. I love this place.
I've been going to Crowns Now for about a year and a half. The staff is extremely friendly. Very minimal wait time. They text & email in advance to make sure you won't forget your visit. The thing I like best is they explain what they're about to do so you know exactly what to expect. Very through. They give good advice on how to improve your dental health. They monitor your improvement and are excited about it too. Great staff!
While it would be hard to further elaborate on the great service I received in replacing two crowns earlier, my latest experience was for two major molar extractions. Again great concern for my comfort - I did not opt for the "snooze option" , but went with the mandibular block. Dr. Smith did an excellent job in ensuring I was fully numb and explained what he was doing as he proceeded. Wow this group is good! I have had so much trouble with xrays because of torres (a build-up of bone under my tongue) that this group patiently and with a little practice and teamwork, finally got a good set of xrays that could be used. God Bless them, everyone!
